Monday - Friday 6 am - 9 pm
Saturday 8 am - 8 pm
Sunday 9 am - 8 pm
* Indoor pool closes 30 minutes before the gym!

Directions to the Club:
The club is located in Players Club Hotel in central Hilton Head. From Pope Avenue, turn onto Cordillo Parkway. Turn left onto De Allyon; and Players Club Hotel and Players Health and Fitness Club are on the right.

Guest Passes
Members, do you have friends interested in joining the club? Just ask us for a guest pass and they can give it their best test. For Hilton Head Island and surrounding area residents only.
