Monday - Friday: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
* Indoor pool closes 30 minutes before the gym!

Directions to the Club:
The club is located in Players Club Hotel in central Hilton Head. From Pope Avenue, turn onto Cordillo Parkway. Turn left onto DeAllyon; and Players Club Hotel and Players Health and Fitness Club are on the right.
